Delete Your Account and Data

If you created an account in Dazz Cam - CCD, Y2K Filter, you can request deletion of your account and all personal data associated with it at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

Choose either option:

1. In the app: open Dazz Cam - CCD, Y2K Filter → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.
2. By email (no need to reinstall the app): send an email to kirakira.help@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my Dazz Cam - CCD, Y2K Filter account from the email address linked to your account.

Request account deletion by email

What will be deleted

• Your account profile (name, email address, and any profile details you provided).
• App data tied to your account stored on our servers.

What may be retained

• Photos and videos you captured remain on your own device unless you delete them yourself — we do not have access to them.
• We may retain limited records where required by law or for security and fraud prevention (for example, to prevent abuse of free services). Such records are not used for any other purpose.

Processing time

Email requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
